Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for group, conference, and events segments to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Oversee the successful planning and execution of all events, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including operations, catering, and marketing, for seamless event delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and enhance offerings.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience in group, conference, and events sales, preferably within a large-scale hotel or hospitality setting.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Proficiency in CRM and event management software.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
