Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the group.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies across all entities.
- Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the board.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the global finance function.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior financial leadership role (10+ years).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, international reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to thrive and contribute effectively within a global, fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.
