Passport Legacy is seeking a Group Head of Finance to lead the entire finance function across the group. This role requires strong financial leadership and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance department for PL Group across Passport Legacy, Property Legacy, and associated business entities.
- Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, banking requirements, and internal governance procedures.
- Work closely with Legal, Marketing, Operations, and other departments on financial processes and strategic initiatives.
- Provide weekly financial updates to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or senior financial leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; accounting qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, forecasting, risk management, and accounting principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle rapid change, tight deadlines, and on-demand requests with professionalism.
