Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth management, business development, or sales, preferably within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, user acquisition channels, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively serve the Argentine market.
