Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and regional teams to implement effective campaigns.
• Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys, ensuring localization and cultural relevance for Pakistan.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a growth marketing, business development, or similar role, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience or deep understanding of the Pakistan market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to strategy and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Urdu or other relevant local languages is highly advantageous.
