Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze key growth levers across Reface’s product portfolio.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, design) to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
- Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and user flows.
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the product team.
