Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing growth strategies for user acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify growth opportunities and feature enhancements.

  • Support the User Growth Team in various product project initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on growth performance and insights.
  • Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation for user growth features.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BS/MS) in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology, social media, and user growth.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
