Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their entire stay by delivering a wide range of services.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage.
• Ensure a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
