Key Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest payments, vouchers, and refunds according to procedures.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and review daily reports, logs, and occupancy lists.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow accounting procedures.
• Assist in training, evaluating, and motivating employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
