Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Provide guests with directions and information.
- Complete cashier and closing reports.
- Follow company safety and security policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
