Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
