Key Responsibilities
- Attend to guest requests and complaints in a warm and timely manner.
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
- Provide cashiering services and foreign exchange assistance.
- Offer city insights and help guests plan their leisure time.
- Maintain good guest relations at all times.
- Adhere to hotel standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous work experience with 3/ 4 star Hospitality brands will be an added advantage.
- Candidate requires excellent communication skills.
