Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Support housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest luggage, deliver amenities, and provide information about resort facilities.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, including storage rooms and linen closets.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and hygiene standards of Marina Bay Sands.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
