Key Responsibilities
- Process guest reservations accurately and efficiently through the hotel’s system.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction from initial contact to booking completion.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, packages, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
