Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Maintain Mandarin Oriental’s high standards of luxury service and guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage accurate guest accounts and records.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a luxury setting.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a distinct advantage.
