Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to guests throughout their stay.
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle various inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villa readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests and promptly resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
