Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients.
- Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques and proper form.
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Conduct group fitness classes and individual training sessions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe gym environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Gym Coach or Fitness Trainer (3 Year+ preferred).
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and training principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse clientele.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
