Key Responsibilities

• Perform HDPE pipe welding using various techniques such as butt fusion, electrofusion, and socket fusion.
• Interpret blueprints, welding specifications, and technical documents to determine proper welding procedures.
• Ensure all welding work complies with industry safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Inspect welded joints for quality, integrity, and adherence to specifications, making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently, performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with the project team to meet production schedules and project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HDPE Pipe Welder, preferably in industrial, civil construction, or oil and natural gas sectors.
• Proficiency in various HDPE welding techniques and the operation of associated equipment.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding specifications.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance procedures in welding operations.
• Excellent physical stamina, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
• Valid welding certifications for HDPE materials are highly advantageous.
