Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of bar operations, ensuring high standards of service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or similar leadership role in a high-volume establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
