Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of JATEC’s annual budget and financial strategy.
- Oversee all financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure stringent compliance with NATO, Ukrainian, and international financial regulations and policies.
- Manage financial resources effectively, including resource allocation and expenditure monitoring.
- Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to JATEC leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the budget and finance team members.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in budget management and financial leadership, preferably in an international, governmental, or defense context.
- Profound understanding of international financial regulations, auditing standards, and fiscal compliance.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize sound financial strategies and systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and advanced Excel.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Ukrainian or Polish is considered a significant asset.
