Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Butler Services department.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of butlers to deliver impeccable service.
- Ensure personalized and anticipatory service for all VIP and discerning guests.
- Handle guest requests, preferences, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest journey.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, and guest confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
