Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the butler team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Provide personalized and anticipatory service to VIP guests and suite occupants.
- Coordinate guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements with various departments.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and discretion in all guest interactions.
- Train and mentor butler staff, fostering a culture of excellence and luxury service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Butler or in a similar luxury hospitality leadership role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
