Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities and regulatory bodies in the UAE.

Requirements
- Must be a UAE National (essential).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in government affairs or public relations, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Exceptional understanding of UAE government structures, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
