Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall AI strategy and roadmap for RENOMIA GROUP.
- Lead the development and deployment of innovative AI/ML solutions to optimize insurance processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of AI specialists, data scientists, and engineers.
- Collaborate with various business units to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with relevant regulations and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in AI/ML leadership roles, preferably within the financial or insurance sector.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong expertise in various AI/ML techniques, platforms, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing AI teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Central/Eastern European languages is a plus.
