Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall AI strategy and roadmap for RENOMIA GROUP.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI specialists, data scientists, and engineers.
- Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI for business growth and operational efficiency in the insurance sector.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI/ML model development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with various business units to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing operations.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in artificial intelligence or machine learning leadership roles, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong background in data science, machine learning, deep learning, and AI principles.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a technical team.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Czech or other Central and Eastern European languages is a plus.
