Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of advanced automation systems for all entertainment venues and attractions.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in automation systems design and implementation, ideally within the entertainment, themed attractions, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills.
• In-depth technical knowledge of control systems, industrial automation, robotics, PLCs, and programming.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics), Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with demanding deadlines and complex technical challenges.
