    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.

    • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, financial partners, and clients.

    • Oversee the successful expansion of Fido’s credit, loan, investment, and insurance product lines.

    Requirements

    • Extensive proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or a similar senior role, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
    • Deep understanding of the African financial market, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior.
    • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive significant results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Strategic mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
