ADNOC Schools is seeking a Head of Careers & Alumni to support all four campuses in Abu Dhabi. This senior role requires strategic thinking and leadership to ensure outstanding education outcomes. The position is available for an immediate start.

• Salary Range: Market Competitive

• Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred
• Experience: 6 years’ experience, including 4 consecutive years of teaching

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a database of alumni contacts.
• Organize and facilitate alumni events, such as reunions and networking gatherings.
• Communicate regularly with alumni through newsletters, emails, and social media.
• Facilitate networking opportunities among alumni.
• Create and manage mentorship programs connecting alumni with current students.
• Plan and execute alumni-related events, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred), with PGCE or another teacher qualification.
• Master’s degree in Education Leadership/Management.
• Administrative/Leadership certification.
• Demonstrable experience managing College Board Programming.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
