Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive category strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of category managers.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities across assigned categories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product development teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in category performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience in category management, e-commerce, or a similar strategic leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of developing talent.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful, scalable category strategies.
- Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
