Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a world-class coffee program across all resort outlets.
- Manage procurement, quality control, and inventory of all coffee-related products.
- Train and mentor a team of baristas to deliver exceptional service and coffee artistry.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation according to Wynn’s luxury standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to keep the coffee offerings fresh and exciting.
- Collaborate with F&B management to integrate coffee offerings seamlessly into overall dining experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within coffee operations, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and training skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
