Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth and successful market expansion.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop large, diverse commercial teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the Argentinian pharmaceutical market, regulations, and healthcare system.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is highly preferred.
