Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Crew Control department, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and implement efficient crew scheduling and rostering strategies.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the crew control team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in crew control or a similar operational leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proficiency in relevant scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
