Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design and production of all props and scenic elements for entertainment venues.
- Develop innovative design concepts and artistic visions for various entertainment productions.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of prop creation, from conceptualization to fabrication and installation.
- Collaborate closely with entertainment directors, show producers, and other creative teams.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure project delivery.
- Mentor and lead a team of designers, prop makers, and technicians.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in design and prop creation for large-scale entertainment or theatrical productions.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
