Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and growth targets for PECTIV®.
- Oversee all aspects of the online store, including product merchandising, promotions, and customer experience.
- Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to maximize online visibility and conversion.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in e-commerce operations.
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform and related technologies for efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce leadership, preferably within a D2C or consumer goods brand.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful online sales strategies that drive measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of achieving measurable results and continuous improvement.
