Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering activities, from design to commissioning, for electrical power projects.
• Oversee the development and execution of turnkey solutions for high-voltage substations, cable networks, and transmission lines.
• Drive innovation and technical excellence in renewable energy projects, particularly solar systems.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Collaborate with business development and project management teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with significant leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in power transmission, distribution, and renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of design, construction, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
