Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Environmental & Social (E&S) and Sustainability strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with national and international environmental and social regulations.
• Drive initiatives for resource efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing practices.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable operations and partnerships.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the company’s sustainability performance and impact.
• Lead and mentor a team to integrate E&S considerations across all business units.

Requirements

• Proven experience in environmental, social, and sustainability management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of relevant E&S frameworks, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sustainability initiatives.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and corporate social responsibility.
• Relevant educational background in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
