Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management strategy across all European locations.
  • Oversee maintenance, safety, security, and environmental services for all facilities.
  • Manage facility budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of facility professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and optimize energy efficiency across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior facility management role, preferably across multiple European sites.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management, strategic planning, and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to effectively manage large-scale facility initiatives and complex projects.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
