Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global regulatory strategies for all product categories.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements across over 90 markets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of regulatory affairs professionals.
  • Manage regulatory submissions, approvals, and post-market surveillance activities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, commercial, and legal teams to support product development and market access.
  • Monitor changes in global regulatory landscapes and advise on potential impacts.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in global regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Master’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology).
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing international teams.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., EMA, FDA, WHO guidelines).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
