Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand Airbnb’s home supply throughout Canada.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team focused on host acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify new market opportunities and execute growth initiatives to increase inventory and market share.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with property managers, real estate professionals, and local communities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and performance data to inform supply growth tactics and optimize host experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and policy teams to align supply goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within supply-side operations, sales, or business development in a relevant industry (e.g., hospitality, real estate, e-commerce).
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market, including local regulations, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated track record of building, developing, and inspiring successful teams.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical capabilities, able to translate complex data into actionable insights and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and consistently drive significant results.
