Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as Head of HR.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE and GCC.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required for this level of role.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.
