Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with Aldar Estates’ business objectives.
• Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and applications.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement processes.
• Ensure the highest standards of cybersecurity, data integrity, and business continuity.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the real estate or services sector.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
