Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Operations Department, overseeing all IT systems, infrastructure, and services.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and best practices to ensure operational excellence and security.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, network enhancements, and new technology implementations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT services supporting all educational platforms.
• Oversee IT budget, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware and software assets.
• Mentor and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience in IT operations management, preferably within a large-scale organization or educational group.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani languages is essential for effective communication.
