Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies for the MEA region.
- Design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborate with global L&D teams to align regional initiatives with company objectives.
- Assess learning needs and provide recommendations for development interventions.
- Manage the learning budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a leadership role within the luxury goods or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic learning initiatives.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders across different geographies.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
