Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and operation of all lighting, video, and special effects systems for entertainment venues.
- Manage a team of technicians, designers, and operators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and maintenance of all AV equipment.
- Collaborate with creative teams to bring artistic visions to life through technical solutions.
- Ensure all technical operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for future technology upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within entertainment technical production, preferably in large-scale resorts or theatrical environments.
- Strong expertise in lighting, video, and SFX systems, software, and hardware.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with demanding production schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- Understanding of international safety standards and best practices in entertainment technology.
