Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and operation of all lighting, video, and special effects systems for entertainment venues.
• Manage a team of technicians, designers, and operators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and maintenance of all AV equipment.
• Collaborate with creative teams to bring artistic visions to life through technical solutions.
• Ensure all technical operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for future technology upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within entertainment technical production, preferably in large-scale resorts or theatrical environments.
• Strong expertise in lighting, video, and SFX systems, software, and hardware.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with demanding production schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of international safety standards and best practices in entertainment technology.
