Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize comprehensive logistics operations across the entire APAC region.

• Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and distribution networks for industrial connectivity products.
• Ensure full compliance with regional logistics regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including production, sales, and R&D teams, to align logistics with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in logistics processes, technology, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with significant exposure to the APAC market.
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing large-scale, complex logistics operations and diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and regional logistics challenges.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in modern logistics management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
