    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic leadership and operational management for all midwifery services.

    • Manage and develop a large, diverse team of midwifery professionals.

    • Oversee resource allocation and budget management for the midwifery department.

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience in a senior midwifery leadership or management role.
    • Master's degree in Midwifery or a related health field, or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Current active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
    • Proven track record of delivering service improvement and innovation.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational challenges and budgets.
