    Flag in the Sand is seeking a Head of Operations to architect the next stage of our global growth. This role will own and evolve our global operational infrastructure, ensuring flawless delivery of high-value B2B partnerships, premium travel experiences, complex international itineraries, elite events, and concierge services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, enhance, and execute the global operational framework required for scale across all business units.
    • Build systems, processes, SOPs, and governance that ensure consistent, efficient, high-quality delivery.
    • Oversee complex multi-country fulfillment across luxury travel, events, private aviation, and concierge services.
    • Lead operational delivery for strategic global partners, ensuring SLAs and service expectations are exceeded.
    • Own the CRM (Zoho) and related operational systems, ensuring automation and reporting integrity.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance operations team across multiple regions.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years’ experience in senior operations roles within luxury travel, hospitality, or related industries.
    • Minimum 3–5 years at Head of Operations, COO, or equivalent leadership level.
    • Proven experience scaling an SME into a larger, more sophisticated international operation.
    • Deep commercial awareness with a strong understanding of high-value B2B service delivery.
    • Expertise in CRM systems (ideally Zoho) and process automation.
