Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within financial services.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex operations and drive process improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with stakeholders.
