    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead daily operations across all service lines.
    • Provide team leadership to managers, supervisors, and technicians.
    • Ensure service quality, meet KPIs, and maintain client satisfaction.
    • Oversee operational planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Manage cost control, budgeting, and performance reporting.
    • Drive continuous improvement, process enhancement, and CRM accuracy.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in multi-service operations (facilities, hospitality, or residential services).
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
    • Expertise in SOPs, KPIs, manpower planning, and service delivery.
    • Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, QHSE standards, and compliance.
    • Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.
